1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

2. Service Level Refunds
We guarantee 99.9% uptime. If we fail to meet this standard, you may be eligible for service credits or refunds:
- Outage >1 hour: 5% service credit
- Outage >4 hours: 15% service credit
- Outage >24 hours: 50% refund for affected period
- Outage >72 hours: Full refund for affected month
3. Billing Error Refunds
If you’re charged incorrectly due to a billing system error, we will provide a full refund for the incorrect charges:
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect plan pricing
- Charges after cancellation
- System processing errors
4. Pro-rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period, we offer pro-rated refunds in certain circumstances:
- Service discontinuation due to business closure
- Major feature removal affecting your use case
- Significant price increases (>50%)
- Extended service outages (>7 days total per month)
